About Ririn Haryani

Ririn Haryani recently joined FIND in January 2024 and is currently Senior Project Manager for Indonesia project under PMO. Before this, she worked with various organizations for more than 12 years both at Indonesia national level and ASEAN level, including USAID funded project, UNDP, UNORC and the ASEAN Coordinating Centre for Humanitarian Assistance on disaster management (AHA Centre).

Her expertise includes project management, disaster management capacity building, knowledge management, intergovernmental network engagement, and gender. Her recent position was a Program Manager at ASEAN USAID PROSPECT with accomplished portfolio of development of ASEAN Public Health Emergency Coordination System (APHECS), ASEAN One Health Network Term of Reference, ASEAN Regional Strategy on Prevention of Zoonotic Diseases from Wildlife Trade, ASEAN Humanitarian Logistics Curriculum, ASEAN Regional Assessment on End-to-End Early Warning System and Operationalization of ASEAN Gender Mainstreaming Framework and ASEAN Women, Peace and Security Regional Plan of Action.

Ririn holds a doctoral degree in disaster risk reduction from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand and has a master’s degree in public policy and management from the University of Melbourne, Australia.

Ririn lives in the Province of Yogyakarta, located in Indonesia. During leisure time, Ririn enjoys watching K-Dramas. She also likes taking culinary trips around the city with her little family, her husband and two children, during weekends.
