About Pramod Vishwakarma

Pramod did his post graduate degree in management, with a focus on Human Resources and Information Technology. He has over 12 years of experience in these fields.

Before joining FIND India in May 2018, Pramod worked with international NGOs such as CARE, ActionAid, and Population Services International where he was responsible for various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management system processes, employee engagement, training and development, compensation management, and contract management, among others. He is also has over three years of Human Resource Information Systems implementation experience and is a certified HR Analytics Professional.
