A propos de Afrin Haque

Afrin joined FIND in July 2023 as the Manager- M&E under the ‘Impact’ Department, to closely work with the project leads in strengthening FIND’s M&E system across all programmes as well as to support the Impact Department in enhancing internal capacity on Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, and Accountability (MEAL). Afrin joined FIND from Stop TB Partnership where she played a significant role under the External Affairs and Strategic Initiatives unit as the focal point for all external communications with donors and country partners as well as grants management for enhancing existing health record system for TB patients in India, Viet Nama and Uganda. As the Regional M&E Lead, Afrin managed UNOPS Pooled Fund projects in 13 SUN (Scaling Up Nutrition) countries from Asia. She takes great pride in being the former National Officer and M&E expert who led the process of drafting and launching of the first National Action Plan for Women, Peace, and Security in Bangladesh while working in UN Women. Not just a part of her job but also because of her passion to make ‘M&E’ more understandable to project managers and field implementers, Afrin has facilitated several regional and need-based in-country capacity-building sessions since 2014.

With more than 12 years of professional experience of working with national, international, government, and UN agencies, Afrin is specialized in Monitoring, Evaluation & Quality Assurance, Reporting, Data Analysis, Grants Management, Strategic Partnerships, Donor Relations, Research, Capacity Building, Communications and Public Speaking with demonstrated experience of managing multi-country and multi-stakeholder complex projects.

Afrin loves traveling and is currently based in Geneva with her family of two kids.
