Aradhana joined FIND India in 2014 as a Regional Microbiologist under the EXPAND-TB project to provide technical support in the implementation of WHO approved newer diagnostics for TB drug resistance across the RNTCP network of Culture & DST labs in the western region of India.

She is currently working as Consultant Microbiologist for FIND India to provide technical and mentoring support to RNTCP Culture & DST labs across the country in their preparations for quality improvement processes for NABL Accreditation. Before joining FIND, She worked as Research Scientist-II in an ICMR Grade-I Virology Lab at SMS Medical College, Jaipur, established for surveillance and outbreak investigations of viral pathogens (Encephalitis, Hepatitis, Respiratory viruses etc.) in Rajasthan, India.

Aradhana earned a PhD in Bio-Medical Microbiology with her work on drug resistant tuberculosis at the National JALMA Institute for Leprosy & Other Mycobacterial Diseases (NJIL & OMD) and SN Medical College, Agra, India. She has more than 12 years of infectious disease research experience and gained most of her lab research experience working as a Senior Research Fellow and Research Associate in the department of Microbiology & Molecular Biology at NJIL & OMD and contributed to diversity of research projects including Molecular Epidemiology of Tuberculosis, Leprosy Genomics and Zoonotic TB.
