A propos de Maxime Daehne

Maxime joined FIND in June 2021 as HR Officer. He has over 4 years of experience working in recruitment and human resources in Switzerland. Between 2017 and 2020, Maxime worked for two consulting companies based in Geneva focused on recruiting IT profiles across various industries (Banking, Public, International Organizations, etc.). In July 2020, he joined FlowBank, a new digital bank in Geneva, where he worked in the human resources department and was in charge of the recruitment and onboarding of more than 90 new employees as well as all other human resources processes (Payroll, Policies, Social Insurance). He will bring his experience in recruitment and knowledge of human resources good practices to his current role.

Maxime holds a B.Sc. in Psychology and a M.Sc. in Work and Organizational Psychology.
