About Paula del Rey Puech

Paula joined FIND in October 2021 as a Programme Officer in the Technology & Development team, where she will primarily support FIND’s COVID self-testing work.

She has a diverse experience across the healthcare value chain in the private and public sectors, including diagnostics development and implementation, public health strategy, and public policy. She has worked in the US, Europe, West and Southern Africa.

Prior to joining FIND, Paula was part of the Mayor’s Delivery Unit in Freetown, Sierra Leone, and worked for McKinsey & Co based in the US and UK.

She holds a Masters in Bioengineering from IQS and MIT, and a Masters of Public Health from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
