Quality assured accessible in vitro diagnostic tests for public health programs

ALADDiV (The Latin American Alliance for the Development of in Vitro Diagnostics) is a non profit entity that aims to foster discussion among academics, regulatory bodies, ministries of health, and experts involved in health policy making about the lessons learned in fighting COVID-19, emergency regulation of diagnostic tests and incorporation of new technologies for  HIV, TB, hanseniasis, and HCV, among others.

The high-level LATAM forum this year is taking place from 6–7 December 2021 and is being cohosted by LSHTM and Chatham House.

Celina Schocken, FIND consultant, will be presenting the COVID-19 self-test needs assessment work done by FIND and Dr David L. Heymann, FIND board member, will be opening the meeting.
