About Rosa Argent

Rosa Argent joined FIND at the start of 2026 as Head of Communications, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in strategic communications across global health, humanitarian action, climate, and conservation.

Rosa has held senior communications and engagement roles with organizations including the CHS Alliance, WWF-New Zealand, and global NGO networks focused on accountability, climate, human rights, and neglected tropical diseases. She combines deep experience in advocacy, media, and stakeholder engagement with a belief that diagnostics are not just technologies but turning points in people’s lives. Her work centres on making invisible health challenges visible, amplifying voices of affected people, and building trust through storytelling—leading global campaigns, flagship publications, and high-profile events while supporting leaders and boards across diverse cultural contexts.

Originally from New Zealand, she began her career in campaigning roles in London and has spent the last decade working in Geneva’s international community.
