About Anjana Tomar

Dr Anjana Tomar joined FIND in 2019 and is currently Project Coordinator of the AMR Dx Accelerator project in India. She is a public health professional with 8 years of experience, ranging from clinical to non-clinical interventions, in different health establishments.

During her professional engagement, she has worked with a variety of stakeholders including the government, private agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), clinical research organizations (CROs) and communities living in remote areas. Anjana has worked on national-scale projects for TB, AMR, and child health and nutrition, all projects that have contributed to health system strengthening.

Anjana received her medical degree in Ayush from the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science in Karnataka and post-grad work in Hospital and Health Management from the International Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR) in Delhi.
