About Charity Dandak

Charity joined FIND in 2021 as a Manager in the Resource Mobilization team. She has over 20 years’ experience in international development, 15 of which was directly in fundraising, partnership development, grant management and coordinating large complex donor relationships. She’ll be leading on developing new relationships as well as managing existing ones to support delivery of objectives for a range of FIND disease areas, including, but not limited to NCDs, fever, malaria, pneumonia, and sequencing.

With a passion for women, girls and community empowerment, she has significant experience working with both public and private funders of development programmes including for global health.

Charity has a Bachelors in Agricultural Economics and Extension and an MSc in Development Management from the Open University UK. She is currently based in the UK, where she lives with her husband and three beautiful children. She loves singing, dancing and spending time with family and friends.
