About Jim Ragle

Jim joined FIND in January 2023 as IT Business Analyst, based in Geneva, Switzerland. He brings to FIND over 20 years of experience in IT project management and engaging with business clients to achieve effective solutions to their IT needs.

Prior to FIND, Jim worked in country-level vaccine forecasting and vaccine grant management system development at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance and spent 4 years at UNHCR in a project management capacity, most notably managing a large project to develop and integrate biometric identity management systems into mission-critical business applications. After first arriving in Switzerland in 2005, James worked in project management for The International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), leading the development and rollout of a global species information system.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in communications and is certified in several different IT disciplines, though he credits most of his success in IT with being a good listener and working in a true collaborative fashion with business clients.
