About Pamela Gamuchirai Gwaza

Pamela joined FIND in April 2018 as M&E Officer. She provides technical support in Monitoring & Evaluation across the organization, and assesses the performance of programmes comprised of multiple projects. She holds an MSC in Sociology and Social Anthropology as well as a Masters in Monitoring & Evaluation from Stellenbosch University in South Africa.

Previously, Pamela was the International M&E Manager with Restless Development, where she supported the design and implementation of M&E across 9 country programs. She has proven success in developing M&E systems and conducting evaluations for various organizations both as an M&E expert with Oxfam GB, where she set up the M&E system for the emergency cholera response programme in Zimbabwe and, Mercy Corps; and an evaluation consultant with organizations such as UNFPA, UNESCO, WHO and various government programmes across Africa and Asia. She has been a global fellow with Acumen, the Goldman Sachs 10,000 women program, and the African Leadership Academy.
