About Susana Leija

Susana joined FIND in June 2023 as an Administrator. She will provide the administrative support to External Affairs and to DSU.

Prior to joining FIND, she spent fourteen years working for the Mexican government in various capacities. She was an administrative assistant at the Consulate of Mexico in Shanghai, China. In 2010, she joined the Mexican foreign service, where she served for eight years as a diplomatic attaché to the Permanent Mission of Mexico to the United Nations in Geneva, before serving as a diplomatic attaché for four years at the Embassy of Mexico in Rome, Italy.

Susana earned a master’s degree in Protocol and Soft Diplomacy Skills from the International School of Protocol & Diplomacy (ISPD) in Brussels, Belgium, and a bachelor’s degree with honors in International Business Administration from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, (ITESM) Mexico.
