About Sara Fröjdö

Sara joined FIND in 2022 as Senior Technology Officer, Business Intelligence, with the key role of supporting the organization in identification and assessment of new opportunities, assessment and selection of partners and initiation of collaborations.

Prior to joining FIND, Sara spent 10 years in innovation and new market development consulting working with start-ups, biotechnology companies and leading healthcare industrials followed by partnership and business development in the field of diagnostics for a technology research institute.

At FIND, Sara has a cross-cutting role supporting all health and business programmes with strategic diagnostic market intelligence. Her role consists in translating market insights into strategic decisions for new project initiation, product development directions, and technology transfers for FIND but also for supporting teams and partners in go-to-market strategy development, and implementation of procurement, supply chain enhancements. In addition, Sara centralizes the management of industry partnerships at FIND, serving as the focal point both for internal teams and partners for collaborations.

She received her PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Lyon and her MSc in Biology from the University of Helsinki.
