A propos de Michelle Buckingham

Michelle joined FIND in 2016 and is currently Human Resources (HR) Manager in the HR department. Holder of a Bachelor’s in International Business from the University of Illinois (U.S.A.), she worked for over 16 years in U.S. multinational companies in Switzerland (Lausanne and Geneva). Michelle’s career in HR has spanned over 13 of those 16 years in positions ranging from more generalist roles to payroll and compensation & benefits. Following a career break, she took on several jobs as a volunteer, the last of which was at FIND at the end of 2016 where she initially helped out in Finance before transitioning to HR.

Michelle has both Swiss and American nationalities, growing up in the U.S. and leaving to settle in Switzerland straight after University. In 2010, Michelle received a D.F.S. diploma in Human Relations and Psychology from the Collège Universitaire Privé des Sciences Humaines in France.
