Organizational sex and gender framework and strategy

Our organizational sex and gender framework provides guidance on how sex and gender considerations can be embedded at the organizational level, in leadership, and throughout processes and programmes to advocate for change across an organization’s work.

The framework and associated tools can be used by any organization working in the diagnostic space to integrate sex and gender equality across their work.

The sex and gender framework outlines six key areas where sex and gender considerations need to be embedded in an organization for a sustainable, integrated approach to gender equality and social inclusion. At FIND, this work is under continual improvement and we encourage our partners to explore and use this framework and collaborate with us to collectively make it more robust. Not all aspects will be relevant to every organisation, but at FIND we strive to embed elements of all of the following in our work.
