FIND Board appoints Dr Jutta Reinhard-Rupp as FIND’s Chief Executive Officer

The FIND Board today announced the appointment of Dr Jutta Reinhard-Rupp as Chief Executive Officer of FIND, following her successful tenure as Interim Chief Executive Officer since May 2026.

 Dr Reinhard-Rupp joined  FIND as Chief Scientific Officer in October 2025 and has since led the organization’s technology and innovation portfolio, advancing the development of diagnostic solutions that support FIND’s mission to ensure equitable access to reliable diagnosis.

Dr Reinhard-Rupp brings more than 25 years of experience spanning global health, biotechnology and the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining FIND, she led the Merck Global Health Institute, where she championed the development of medicines and diagnostics for underserved populations in low- and middle-income countries.

She also led the Pediatric Praziquantel Consortium, which developed a child-friendly treatment for schistosomiasis, and continues to contribute to the global health community as an ambassador for the H3D Foundation in Geneva and as a scientific adviser to Global Health EDCTP3 and the German Center for Infection Research.

As global health needs continue to evolve, FIND remains focused on accelerating access to quality diagnostics, supporting country-led implementation and strengthening health systems through innovation, partnership and impact.
