Elevating diagnostic priorities at the 2025 health working group discussions in South Africa.

The Group of Twenty (G20) brings together the world’s largest economies to shape global policy on trade, health, climate and other major international issues.

As part of the G20 decision-making process, Working Groups, comprising experts and officials from relevant ministries, lead in-depth discussions on the issues. The South African G20 Presidency has identified five priorities for the health working group- Accelerating UHC through a PHC approach, NCDs, Strengthening Health and Care Workforce, PPPR and Science and Innovation for Health and Economic Growth.

This G20, FIND is highlighting the importance of diagnostics in ensuring that the South African Presidency’s goal to accelerate health equity, solidarity and universal coverage, is achieved.
