G20 in Brazil 2024

Diagnostic priorities at the 2024 health working group discussions in Brazil.

The Group of Twenty (G20) brings together the world’s largest economies to shape global policy on trade, health, climate and other major international issues.

As part of the G20 decision-making process, Working Groups, comprising experts and officials from relevant ministries, lead in-depth discussions on the issues. The Brazilian G20 Presidency has identified four priorities for the health working group- local and regional production of medicines, vaccines, and health supplies for PPPR, digital health, equity in health and climate change and health.

This G20, FIND is highlighting the importance of diagnostics in ensuring that the Brazilian Presidency’s goal to build resilient health systems worldwide is achieved.
